About
Growing up, I wanted to be a teacher, just like my mother. When I was 9 years old, she was diagnosed with cerebral aneurysms and later with cancer. The second half of my childhood was spent with her as she moved in and out of the hospital. Watching the physicians and nurses who cared for her over the years inspired me to serve others, and that's when I decided to pursue nursing.
