Darnette at check in was polite, courteous and welcoming. When people go to see the Doctor the first person they contact it is important for that person to be polite, courteous and welcoming it relives the anxiety of waiting to see the doctor.

Everyone was friendly and informative.

Dr. Costa was awesome!! Answered all of my questions and actually took the time to listen to me and my concerns. This was a much better experience than the other Novant Health cardiologist that I was dealing with.

Dr Costa took time to explain things and answered any question I had. He encouraged me to use My Chart with any further questions I may have.
