The people who answered my return call could have been more courteous and helpful. After the second recall attempt they helped me get to the person I needed to talk to about setting up my appointment.. Everything/Everyone else was great.

Doctor listened to me and explained the items that I wanted to say about my heart and the situation had gone through over the last 4 weeks. I so much appreciated his time and help with my situation.

Dr. Costa was awesome!! Answered all of my questions and actually took the time to listen to me and my concerns. This was a much better experience than the other Novant Health cardiologist that I was dealing with.

Dr Costa took time to explain things and answered any question I had. He encouraged me to use My Chart with any further questions I may have.
