My appointment with Ms Cuff was great. She is very professional and still easy to talk to. She answered questions from both my husband and me with ease. I honestly didn't know why I was having two pre-op appointments and now understand the importance of yesterday's appointment.

I did not fill this section out since I was not having concerns about any medical problems. I felt I was there only to be evaluated for surgery of my right shoulder.

She is amazing!!
