Thank you. A good appointment. BUT, my med was changed and I found about it from the pharmacy. It was noted on the exit paperwork, but do not remember being told. Called the Dr's. office to get clarification and still waiting for a call from someone. Also, waiting for a call from the nurse to tell me the benefits of attending an A-fib clinic. I was told both would happen by the end of the day, but they never happened maybe today. Thank you God bless.

My experience overall was fine, it was the front desk that didn't seem as inviting and friendly at least the person I encountered. But other than that my nurse and Dr. Were I had a good experience with.

While the nurse was taking down my information she was asking things faster than I could think. She would skip the ? If I could not answer it and go on. When I finally had the answer she could not take it down. She had already moved on. She said that she was on a time limit. I think that some people like me might need a little more time. The doctors were amazing and I felt as they wanted to truly take care of my needs.
