Everything was great!

Within 15 minutes of my after hours call , my doctor had been contacted by the nurse and a script had already been sent out to my pharmacy.

Dr. Hirata is extremely knowledgeable and practical in his decisions for my health care. He always provides helpful and effective medical care.

Dr Hirata listened like normal but after sending me for X-ray he completely forgot about me. I did not get the rest of my concerns addressed. Waited an hour before finally op Ning the door and the nurse was surprised to see I was still there and got me checked out quick but I NEVER had a closing session with Dr Hirata to know anything and did not get the other issues addressed at all. This has never happened with him before

Dr Hirada was very friendly and helpful very considerate to fixing my issues.

Went well. Dr. Herada and staff treat me well and conduct themselves in a professional manner.

I really like Dr. Hirata. He’s friendly and personable; he really listens to you. The rest of the staff is good, too. The nurse who finished my check-in and the young lady who drew my blood were both friendly and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Hirata takes his time to listen and explain things. If he cannot help your particular situation he refers you to a specialist that can help. That is important and he just doesn't give you a prescription to see if that can help.
