This is the second time I have seen Melissa Tharpe. She is wonderful. Probably the best provider I have ever seen with Novant. I feel seen, heard and validated in her presence. She is easy to communicate with and explains things in a manner that meets the patient where they are. She is warm, personal and professional which is hard combination to achieve.
