Melissa Tharpe was THE BEST! She REALLY listened to me and my issues, was a very collaborative problem solver, allayed my concerns, gave me hope that my issues could be resolved, let me know I'm not alone with these issues, offered for me to contact her with any questions, checked the prices on the prescribed medications, and just made me feel totally comfortable discussing what I thought would be an uncomfortable topic. She didn't rush through my appointment and let me ask/discuss all my questions.
