UNLIKE A LOT OF PROVIDERS, DR NORTEY LOOKS AT YOU WHILE YOU ARE TALKING. SHE STOPS TYPING ON HER COMPUTER. FOR ME THAT SHOWS THAT SHE IS TUNED INTO ME AND WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. TOO MANY OTHER PROVIDERS KEEP ON TYPING AND THEN INTERUPT WHAT I AM SAYING BECAUSE SOMETHING ON THE SCREEN BECAME MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHAT I WAS SAYING. NOT HER, SHE IS AN AMAZING PROVIDER. I LEAVE WELL INFORMED, AND BELIEVE THAT MY QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED, AND THAT I HAVE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION. SHE WILL KEEP ASKING/REWORDING QUESTIONS SO THAT YOU ARE GIVING COMPLETE, CONSISE AND CLEAR ANSWERS WITHOUT DIGGING/PROBING
