Dr.Hines was very thorough and kind. She took the time to talk and explain everything. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

Dr Hines is great. She listens and answers questions. Everyone from check in to check out was polite and friendly. Building easy to access. Parking is great. This is a wonderful practice for Novant.

I have been taken care of for breast cancer for 10 years come January 2024. During that time, I have been treated with the upmost care and I truly appreciate my doctors, nurses and clinicians with Norvant Breast and Cancer clinics. I have now been released from follow up visits and only need a yearly mammogram. I am confident that if any signs of cancer returns I will be in the best possible hands for treatment and to be cared for by Norvant’s cancer teams. Special thanks to Dr. Susan Hines. I would also like to sing the praises of the doctors and clinicians at the Derrick L Davis Forsyth Regional Cancer Center and my surgeon Dr.Carr. Blessings for all the Doctors and treatment staff and healing prayers for all patients going this gargantuan struggle.

I have never seen an office where EVERYONE is so patient oriented..I felt like I was getting SPECIAL treatment, until I realized that EVERYONE was getting the same. This facility, with every staff member is definitely Heaven sent.

They make everything comfortable for you and always assist what works for you as a patient.

I have been dealing with this practice for over a year now, and am always amazed at the consideration and care that I receive from each and every person in this practice. Also, that same level of care is evident in how everyone at this practice interacts with other patients. Cancer is terrible, but Dr. Hines and each member of her staff provide such caring support, that I felt as if I really mattered not just as a patient, but on a personal level.
