Wonderful team! Kudos to Emily for encouraging my follow through.

From the lady behind the front desk for check in, to the nurse, to the doctor, to other nurse for a blood draw, everything was perfect. Smooth, nice, gentle, PERFECT. A special thank you to the nurse that did the blood draw to me, she was extremely gentle knowing how stressful I was.

While my initial appointment was scheduled for March they were able to see me sooner. The office staff were pleasant and made sure I had my info when I left.

From the time I walk in the door and I am greeted I feel good and like I am in the right place. Staff to medical professionals are all just wonderful

Scheduling was a mess. When I questioned why I wasn't notified about the change of location, your autumn hall manager said I was escalating and hung up. No risen voice or poor language of any kind was used. Very weak manger. I am a professional and expect professional care.
