I had to wait 3 months as I am a new patient for an appointment. I did not have any problem that needed immediate attention. I am in the process of scheduling additional tests, screenings and have a follow up in 3 months. I am vey pleased with my visit

She always makes the time and listens to my concerns, is sympathetic to my personal needs, and always offers the best medications to me if I need them. She explains risk, alternatives, and listens to my feedback on rechecks. Emily has by far exceeded my expectations as my personal health care provider.

This is the best practice from front staff to nurses to practitioner. I always feel like I am listened to and taken care of. Emily refers me to tests that are needed for my health. I have a lot more f health problems.

I do not care for Novant in general. But Emily and her nurses have been my care team since before the buyout. I trust them explicitly and with no reservation. They are professional and caring.

Got an appointment quickly

Emily is a wonderful provider and always listens to any concerns and takes her time to answer any questions.

When I was called back by the CNA to go to the exam room, the reason for my appointment was not correct. She thought I was there because I was losing weight for an unknown reason. I told her that was not why I was there. I have lost 70 lbs because I have been dieting. The purpose of my visit was to renew my Synthroid RX and get lab results. This was upsetting.

The nurse Julie was amazing and Dr Emily was very informative and listen to my needs extremely satisfy with this location and staff ?

I love this office. Everyone is great!
