I have been seeing my provider, Emily, for 5 or 6 years now. I absolutely love her as my health care provider. She always makes the time and listens to my concerns, is sympathetic to my personal needs, and always offers the best medications to me if I need them. She explains risk, alternatives, and listens to my feedback on rechecks. Emily has by far exceeded my expectations as my personal health care provider.

Emily consistently provides extraordinary care. She is thoughtful, engaged, kind, and resourceful. She always makes me feel heard and aptly both leads me and partners with me in my overall health. Novant is extremely fortunate to have her and so is my family (she has given us all superior care for years).

This is the best practice from front staff to nurses to practitioner. I always feel like I am listened to and taken care of. Emily refers me to tests that are needed for my health. I have a lot more f health problems.

I do not care for Novant in general. But Emily and her nurses have been my care team since before the buyout. I trust them explicitly and with no reservation. They are professional and caring.

Got an appointment quickly

Emily is a wonderful provider and always listens to any concerns and takes her time to answer any questions.

When I was called back by the CNA to go to the exam room, the reason for my appointment was not correct. She thought I was there because I was losing weight for an unknown reason. I told her that was not why I was there. I have lost 70 lbs because I have been dieting. The purpose of my visit was to renew my Synthroid RX and get lab results. This was upsetting.

The nurse Julie was amazing and Dr Emily was very informative and listen to my needs extremely satisfy with this location and staff ?

From the lady behind the front desk for check in, to the nurse, to the doctor, to other nurse for a blood draw, everything was perfect. Smooth, nice, gentle, PERFECT. A special thank you to the nurse that did the blood draw to me, she was extremely gentle knowing how stressful I was.

While my initial appointment was scheduled for March they were able to see me sooner. The office staff were pleasant and made sure I had my info when I left.

From the time I walk in the door and I am greeted I feel good and like I am in the right place. Staff to medical professionals are all just wonderful
