Dr Spivey was apologetic about my wait time. He asked questions and listened with deep concern to my issues for past 2 months. He thoroughly reviewed my xrays and MRI to ensure I knew the extent of my shoulder injury. We agreed on action plan and sent through referrals. He asked nurse to instruct me on home care exercises. I truly appreciate Dr Spivey.
