Sometimes the intake part from the provider seems rote. Just calling out questions for a while. I know it moves beyond this, but it isn't personal for a while. Sure this is practice protocol, though.

Want to thank everyone involved that made my apptmt happen. I think I was treated very respectful and I am happy a good friend told me about Novant. It’s hard to find your right fit and now I have I want to keep them for all my health needs!! Thank you Novant for having the best people to represent you!!!

Dr. Mullins Frasier is always very thorough and efficient, but still manages to be friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. I appreciate the way she is able to focus on going through all the vital medical information, engage in some small talk, and keep the visit short and to the point. It is a talent!! I always feel like she listens to every thing I say and answers all my questions. It’s nice to feel like she truly knows me. That’s why I will continue to have her as my primary care provider.
