I'm grateful that Haley has such a great personality and energy. She asked questions to make sure she understood why I was there-not just my complaint/condition, but also the result that I was looking for. I felt supported as a patient, and I really liked the way that she quickly researched the test she was ordering just to make 100% certain it was the. Est test. I even more appreciated that she showed the data and medical recommendation to me. As a person who supports research, this was both comforting and empowering.
