I have been very impressed with Dr. Igbokwe and the care she provides. She's always well-informed about my medical history and any recent concerns. She takes the necessary time to talk with me, explain things clearly and talk patiently with me. Most impressive is that she responds quickly to any questions I ask via MyChart and has even phoned me at home to discuss matters on occasion. Her responsiveness is refreshing and most welcome.

Great experience. I came in for my annual wellness visit and was greeted upon arrival. Check in was quick and called back shortly after. The entire visit was smooth. The nurse that administered my vaccine was great, it was quick and painless. My doctor is caring and thorough. Best blood draw I've ever had has came from here. Quick and almost painless. All staff from the front check in to check out were friendly and professional. Dr. I is wonderful so easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I did not get the name of the nurse that drew blood but she was awesome. I have small veins and she found it on the first try.

She listens to what I have to say , she is actually one if the few physicians who’s after visit notes actually transcribes what I actually had said. Great teamwork and follow up by the folks at Sun Valley Family Physicians. As it relates to Novant’s Central Scheduling and the insurance letter process and coverage verification process for CT Scan needed as immediate follow up, that has been glacially slow.

Minimal waiting time. Always feel I am listened to. Office personnel friendly and helpful. Lab techs are A-one.

I really like Dr Igbokwe and maybe it is a practice thing and not her personally, but I feel like I am requested to do more than necessary/frequent follow up visits and labs than I’ve ever had to at previous practices. It’s a huge strain on my finances.
