Comfortable environment

I placed a call to Dr.'s staff at around 8:30 and received a callback within 1/2 hr. I then had virtual visit 15 minutes later and was told to come right in. Office Registration desk knew to immediately direct me to lab and X-ray. Both departments saw me right away and knew what tests to run. Back at the Dr. Dawson's office, I was called right in as soon as I stepped into the waiting room. Nurses Elizabeth and K-- (sp?) immediately took my vitals and knew what to do and swung into action. I needed saline drip and anti-emetic medicine. The entire staff of the facility was pleasant, exuded a caring attitude and delivered stellar service. Unfortunately, due to a variety of medical issues, I have a great deal of experience with physicians' offices and staff. FORTUNATELY for me, I've never had a better medical office experience with more efficient, knowledgeable care.

I have being a patient for long time and Dr. Dawson and team work diligently. Thank you for what you do

If I'd had a complaint, you'd already know about. I'm always happy with the service and care I receive. I am saddened by the cost of everything these days. I was alive when healthcare was pretty much non-profit and knowing we are the only developed country in the world that doesn't have universal care, kind of disgusted by a quote for $7,095, my share of the cost to have kidney stones removed. I chose to wait for Medicare to kick in, but did some homework and resolved the problem with a medicinal plant combination. It took 3 months, but worked, and cost $250 because I searched out a lab grade product. I don't point this out to be a snot. I make this point because the medical industry has chosen profit over people. People go broke every day because of medical bills. Or die fearing going broke. How does that play in to humans being the superior species? Just a thought.
