The staff is so caring, pleasant and understanding. It all starts at the front desk of being greeted with a smile, then the nurse showing so much concern of making you comfortable while waiting for the Dr, he then coming in with a smile of being happy to see you. While doing the visit he is so tentative on listening and not making you feel impatient doing your visit. The checkout clerk greets you with a smile and laughter to send you on your way. This is a Dr's appt I never mind going to. Dr Varma and his staff is awesome

He listened to my history and was able to prioritize which issues could be treated now, which things needed more testing and which conditions needed to be followed into the future. They were very attentive to me from the moment I entered until the moment I left the hospital.

Varma does not give enough detailed information and is terrible about responding through MyChart on a timely basis. I would like to change neurologist; please recommend one.

Dr. Varma was amazing. He answered every question fully and on a level that was easily understood. This was my first appointment with him. I am an RN and am always looking at how physicians interact with patients. He definitely was exceptional. I don't need a follow up appointment but will definitely ask for him if I am ever in need of a neurologist again. He's a 10 out of 10 in my book. THANK YOU DR. VARMA.
