If I'm hesitate about meds, she takes the time to go in greater detail without being pushy. Jena is positive, polite, happy and seems to love her job. I always feel better leaving an appointment with her.

Jena Hoh PA, is the most caring and compassionate provider; even though you know she has to be quick about her work in order to get to each patient, she doesn’t make you feel rushed and unheard. Most doctors office that you go into—in this day and time, seems to give you a minimum of 2.5 seconds of their time… Of course I’m exaggerating to prove my point? Thanks Jena PA, for many years of caring! The staff in general was great during my visit along with the lab technician.

I have seen Jena Hoh long enough that we know each other on a more personal level. She not only inquires about my physical health, she also asks about my family and how they are doing. I never feel like I'm on a conveyer belt with her. She questions and really listens. I appreciate that!
