Most pleasant experience
Mayur is an excellent health care professional; knowledgeable, proactive, listens and communicates very well and genuinely expresses care for me as a patient.
Mayur was very aware of my concerns about side effects of Eloquis, which are primarily cosmetic and do not outweigh the medical benefits of the medication.
Mr. Desai was very pleasant and listened well to my comments and concerns. He didn't rush me and was easy to talk to.
A new Novant service for me; I enjoyed the conversation and glad I have this option.
