Ashely is caring, compassionate, and thorough.
She was EXCELLENT. EXCELLENT bedside manners and explaining things on my level. I didn't feel rushed or unheard.
I had no particular issues with the caregiver. She read the report. I asked for a copy of it and she told me I could pick it up at checkout.There was nothing extraordinary about her presentation or engagement.
