I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Everyone was kind and respectful. Although I had to wait at the front desk a few minutes the individual apologized for making me wait. After the preliminary checks I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor to come in and she was very pleasant. My overall experience was very good.

I was in extreme pain when I walked in at 7:22 a.m. Everyone recognized my need to be seen quickly, and that is exactly what happened. Megan was understanding, thorough, and efficient. She was able to get me some relief quickly. I could not ask for better care. Everyone I encountered was professional and caring. I have always had positive experiences with this practice, and I am so thankful to have such wonderful health care professionals.

Megan and the staff were great! They made the appointment for my CT scan before I left. Megan updated MyChart regarding my test results on Saturday and Sunday. She also had staff call to check on me this morning. This is an outstanding practice, and I?ve recommended them to others many times.

Everything about this practice is wonderful. From the nurses to the doctors. Megan and her nurse always remember me and ask after my daughter. They genuinely care and never brush off my concerns. This is the best clinic I?ve ever been to.

I was highly impressed with the demonstration of professionalism from the staff. One thing that stood out for me, is how the receptionist spoke in a low tone to others as well as myself about copayment or if we needed to be billed for services. They were so discreet when speaking with me about future appointments and beforehand what the purpose of my visit was about. Thank You all so very much for your remarkable service. I am a very private person... and I do not appreciate being spoken to in a loud manner about my personal business, to where everyone in the doctor's office knows why I am there and/or if I can or cannot pay the copay.

One of my best interactions with medical professionals in years. Megan Horton was thorough, professional, compassionate, caring, and actively listening throughout all our conversations. She offered options and clearly stated her follow up steps after my visit. She quickly responded to test results and was very clear in her diagnosis and continued follow up. This was my first visit with Megan as a new patient, and I feel I now have an advocate and expert medical professional on my side. I would highly recommend her and the practice to anyone!

I was running late leaving a doctors office because they were running behind, I called Village Point to let them know I was running behind, my apt was scheduled at 11:20, I got there at 11:28. They were so nice to me, they didn’t act like I inconvenienced them in any way, the CMA and PA took thier time, did a thorough assessment, and met all of my needs. Can’t say enough about this office.

I have been a patient here for years. Everyone here has always been very good to me and treating me as a special individual person. They know me by name and I couldn't be happier, and more confident anywhere else.
