My mother's struggles with pregnancy complications inspired me to choose the field of maternal-fetal medicine. Watching her navigate those challenges made me realize how much pregnancy can shape a family's life, and I wanted to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes during what should be one of life's most remarkable experiences.
