I consider Tami Martin an essential member of my health care team. Her understanding, compassion, and patience leads me to believe that I am cared for, and cared about. I consider her as a friend as well as a clinician, I have nothing but the highest respect for expertise. Having worked in the health care system ( pharmacist) I have seen "care providers" who project an aura of indifference: "going through the motion" of providing care without showing any real care or concern. I am glad to see that behavior absent in my clinical encounters throughout the Novant system.
