Dr. Messier is the primary care physician for my husband and myself for about 7 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and caring. We always respect and value his expertise. We highly recommend Dr. Messier whenever we get the opportunity.

Jordan did a great job. An elderly man who was sick came into the lobby requesting to see a doctor. Jordan asked if he had a headache or fever. She requested he put on a mask and take a seat. I really wished the Dr. Was not so over scheduled. He seemed distant,robotic and rushed to move on. Not at all what I'm used to at NHRMC. I don't entirely blame the Dr. the burocracy has a hand in this as well.

My husband had an appointment at 10:15 and i had one the same day at 2:30. Instead of us having to make 2 trips to the office, Dr Messier worked to fit me in just after my husband's visit. I really appreciated it.

I have been a patient of Dr Messier, a long time. Have no intention of going elsewhere..he appears to care, never rushed...

I've been a patient f/a # of years. I have always found the staff to be helpful and caring. I have an issue (not life threatening!) so I occasionally schedule between my annual exams. Again, the staff is outstanding in fitting me in ASAP. I would strongly recommend Novant (old NHRMC) to anyone who asks where they can get the best medical coverage. Novant (+ staff) do an outstanding job & I always feel comfortable when I have an appointment (or need to make one). It is hard to beat perfect but all staff I've had interaction with are excellent; couldn't ask for better.

Dr. Messier and Gwen are both professional and personable. Dr. Messier practices evidence based care in accordance with my medical history. He examines and inquires for new, significant or different symptoms and explains reasons for additional tests or medications. He listens and responds to my concerns and questions. Gwen swiftly facilitâtes electronic questions and provides immediate feedback. They make a great team.

Very thorough annual physical by Dr. Messier. He listened to me, answered my questions and concerns and asked pertinent questions regarding my health. We discussed a medication change to a different statin which I agreed to. I was very pleased with the actual physical exam and the outcome.

Receptionist was very nice with a welcoming smile.

The ph system doesn't appear to b the most efficient for the patient. Do appreciate the accessibility for someone in a wheelchair

Had a 2:15 appt - got called back at 2:45, so it must have been a busy day. However, the nurse and the Dr. Sent time with me, answered my questions and discussed all concerns I had.

Very fortunate to be with Matt and Gwen for these many years. Dr. Messier identified my hemochromatosis on first visit, my previous provider kept doing tests for months with no clue to my problem.
