I was late for my appointment and had to call while stuck in traffic on Hwy 17 out of Hampstead. The staff and the doctor were both understanding and forgiving.

Know my dr well and he truly cares for my wellbeing. However novant is an assembly line and it is obvious it has changed the services provided.

It was just my first visit with this office and provider so I have a hard time determining much with this provider as of yet but the office and staff were all great and overall it was a good first visit.

Dr Messier continues to provide excellent care for us. As we enter our elderly phase, we are fortunate to have him as our primary doctor.

I appreciate having a doctor that will work to resolve my health issues rather than guessing and hoping he gets it right.

Dr. MATT is an excellent doctor and a really nice guy. Most importantly he encourages me to be totally involved in the process. He's a straight shooter who tells me what's possible and what's not and I respect that. I want to continue to be his patient as long as possible. I would also like to compliment the entire staff who are always professional and helpful from check in through check out.

Isabel in the lab is superb as a phlebotomist, always great to see Gwen and Dr Messier, very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns.

Jordan did a great job. An elderly man who was sick came into the lobby requesting to see a doctor. Jordan asked if he had a headache or fever. She requested he put on a mask and take a seat.
