Dr. Paladugu spent quality time with me going over my concerns about my thyroid and my new diagnosis of osteoporosis. She explained my bone density results clearly, which helped me to decide about the right way to proceed as far as treatment vs non.

Definitely got right to the point after looking over my history. She was direct and professional! A lot of things she said I needed to hear. I appreciate that!

She helped me to get on a wait list and she also made sure that everything that I needed to have in my records was there.
