The medical assistant was very nice. I enjoyed having a conversation with her. Dr Paladugu explained everything that she wanted me to do concerning scans and an ultrasound. She also provided the phone number for me to call for an appointment. She gave me instructions to call her office if I have not heard from scheduling concerning my infusion. She gave me a print out which is extremely helpful. I trust her with my health care.

I was greeted by the staff upon arrival, and my wait time was very short. The nurse was polite and thorough. Dr.Paladuga was polite and explained my results from previous bloodwork and then discussed how pleased she was that my A1C was very good. We talked about my medications, and she lowered my dosage. This was a good visit, and she said she would see me in 6 months unless I needed to come in before that time.

It was through far more than ever before at other facilities.

As I was compelled to say to the good doctor, she exceeded my care expectations.

I have been off medication for 1 year. I don't have symptoms and from test I reviewed the thyroid is normal but doctor has requested I return to medication states my levels are slightly high. Again my review of test shows they are basically the same they have been. I just question if medication is necessary.

This was first visit, so long term satisfaction is still to be proven.

The staff and Dr. Paladugu are so friendly and understanding. Dr. P is so careful in listening to my heart that she was the doctor who picked up a skipped beat several years ago, not my primary care doctor. This led to a sleep study and prescribed C-pap machine for apnea. I TOTALLY trust her and value her care and expertise.

A very positive experience from the front desk, MA and Physician. The doctor was thorough in explaining to me what was going on in laymans terms. Made sure I understood. I even sent a question to the physician via My Chart. The Dr. responded in 2 days. I am very happy with the care I received and will continue with future appts.

Dr. Paladugu spent quality time with me going over my concerns about my thyroid and my new diagnosis of osteoporosis. She explained my bone density results clearly, which helped me to decide about the right way to proceed as far as treatment vs non.

Definitely got right to the point after looking over my history. She was direct and professional! A lot of things she said I needed to hear. I appreciate that!

I sincerely appreciate Annah. She spoke with me on the phone and explained the situation in terms of what happens with referrals and when they can schedule appointments. She helped me to get on a wait list and she also made sure that everything that I needed to have in my records was there.
