Awesome Doctor!!!!!

A very positive experience from the front desk, MA and Physician. The doctor was thorough in explaining to me what was going on in laymans terms. Made sure I understood. I even sent a question to the physician via My Chart. The Dr. responded in 2 days. I am very happy with the care I received and will continue with future appts.

Dr. Paladugu spent quality time with me going over my concerns about my thyroid and my new diagnosis of osteoporosis. She explained my bone density results clearly, which helped me to decide about the right way to proceed as far as treatment vs non.

Definitely got right to the point after looking over my history. She was direct and professional! A lot of things she said I needed to hear. I appreciate that!

I sincerely appreciate Annah. She spoke with me on the phone and explained the situation in terms of what happens with referrals and when they can schedule appointments. She helped me to get on a wait list and she also made sure that everything that I needed to have in my records was there. She was kind and caring over the phone and in person and I’m grateful for her help. She makes it worth coming to this office!
