My blood pressure was high. I scheduled an appointment online and the soonest they had was a Monday. Just a few short minutes later I had received a call from Lauren at the front desk. She said I need to be seen right away and I got to see Dr. Lee right away. I’m was so amazed at how pro active she was in concern to my well being. I talked to the Office Manager while I was there. I told her that since I’ve been coming to Village Point every one at the office has been phenomenal caring professionals. I cannot say enough great things about this staff. Dr Lee was amazing he really listened without being in a hurry to get me out of there. If you give awards out this office and all the staff certainly deserve it.

We needed an appt. before a specific date and the office was very accommodating. The appt. setter was very pleasant and worked with our limited schedule to squeeze us in. The entire staff treated my son and I with respect and they were very efficient!

It was so fast I missed it. A time was made for me regardless of him being booked for a month out, to help me with my crisis. Dr. Lee is not only a knowledgeable, caring and professional doctor he listens to a patient closely, is patient, ask’s pertinent questions so he clearly understands the patient’s needs. He is helpful in locating specialists to give care in specific medical needs. He has the ability to relax a patient’s anxiety level so needed information is provided for ongoing care. I have personally recommended his office to several older friends who were in need of a physician since their doctors have retired. His office is well staffed with again, friendly and understanding schedulers, lab technicians, etc.
