Kara Narigon at Novant is very caring and she listens. I've seen her for several years and was there for a follow-up appointment after a back procedure. During the appointment she listened to me and while I was in her office she requested an appointment with a physician who could help me with a pressing matter. Now, that's caring. She listened and immediately took action. I highly recommend Novant's Kara Narigon.

I know this is more of a case by case visit. I would like to see more done, with chronic pain management, other than, this is all we can do.

The doctors was fine. The staff is partly attentive to patients, but does not take privacy into account when checking in or out. They talk loudly and comment on other patients, either waiting to be seen or more so after taking a call from a patient.

This was my first visit with Kara. She was very nice, respectful, & took her time with me to make sure that I understood everything she was saying. Great Visit!
