She was late for the appointment and hadn't looked at my chart to know anything about me

This was a new patient meeting. The doctor was very quiet and didn't seem to remember I was a new patient. I thought we would have a discussion of each other's expectations. The doctor was nice but not very energetic and engaged. It felt awkward but I will still use this doctor as this was only the first visit. We'll have time to learn about each other with any possible upcoming appointments.

This was the first visit that I had with Dr. Amendola. She ordered Xray right away and provided diagnosis. Incorporated my past history of pinched nerves into treatment plan.

The care provider was outstanding.I would recommend my primary care physician over her, simply because I have a longstanding history with primary care (as opposed to one single visit with care provider I saw on this occasion).
