The nurse practitioner was very informative and he did his best to help me understand the treatment plan. It was more like trial and errors to see what works and what doesn't.

Everyone at this office is very courteous and professional. I'm confident in the care I get there. If there is anything I would criticize they seem a little overwhelmed with patients versus the amount of staff they have. It's hard to get them on the phone and sometimes hard to get a timely appointment. Even so I dont think this has affected the quality of my care. Mainly because everyone there works very hard to overcome the shortage of help.

Provider and staff did a great job. I enjoyed my experience with them.

The nurse who assisted with my procedure (cysto) is extremely helpful and I find her guidance very calming. She has helped me before and I look forward to seeing her should I need to visit again. Sadly, I did forget her name because of my anxiety.

Dr. Schwabe is the greatest

Dr Schwabe is awesome. I have contacted my family Dr to recommend him to his other patients. I have had several surgeries but no other surgeon has been this good.

Dr. Schwabe is an excellent Urologist- kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Novant health, however, could improve. It shows a real lack of concern for patients when you have to wait 1-2 months for appointments when having kidney stone issues. Do better!

It was my first time meeting Dr. John Schwabe, my previous doctor’s (Dr. Cui) replacement. He made me feel very comfortable and as though he had been seeing me all along. He listened to my concerns and was very pleasant.

Dr. Swabbe and everyone at the Kimbel Park office was extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. My sister had recommended him after her kidney stones and I needed a urologist. I am not fan of doctors or their office, but his staff, from check-in, cma, Dr. Swabee? (himself) was above and beyond what I was expecting from a specialist and his office. I would recommend him to anyone needing a urologist!
