Jenna was very caring and thorough, making every effort to determine reason for sudden neck swelling. Issue is parotid gland infection, and was prescribed steroid and antibiotic even before issue was confirmed via MRI. I am very happy to have all looked into, since this seemed weird when I felt fine otherwise (no fever, no ear/nose/throat issues).

We have been with Jenna Baker for a long time (my husband and I). When she changed her work address, we followed her, even though we have to drive 40 minutes to get there. This shows what kind of person and expert she is in her field.

This was my first experience with a Nurse practitioner. It was my only choice, after my DR. left. In all my years, and there are many, I have never been asked to use the NP. I will be looking at my needs, and Novant's choice of NP instead of DR. I will say as a side, the NP was very nice, I was taken care of, there were no other reasons than I am used to certified Drs. Looking forward to have my next app. at the new building on 521/ highway.
