Michele was absolutely wonderful. I had had a not so great experience with an E visit prior and she really listened and I felt that she cared.

I wanted to call back to schedule a follow up visit to go over my test results. I tried about 2 hours on Friday Nov 8 and never was able to get beyond the recorded message. I even left my information for the call back instead of holding. My call was never returned. It is very annoying. I suppose Novant needs another line or another line attendant.
