I was happy to meet Isabelle. She did an excellent job, was attentive, took appropriate amount of time without making me feel rushed. Isabelle told me what she was going to do before she did it at every step which I really appreciated. I am 55 yrs old and this was the first time I have ever been asked if I have ever had trouble tolerating the speculum. That is a thoughtful and considerate question. I am happy to be shown this level of consideration.

She seemed to enjoy her job. I was impressed with her enthusiasm!

Isabelle was so kind and compassionate. She knew my anxiety level was high that day and talked me through the exam, and even taught me a new breathing technique that I will continue to use. I will never forget the patience and kindness she showed me that day. How lucky Novant is to have this jewel. I just wish she was my primary care PA, so I could continue seeing her.
