Once again, Morgan was a shining example of the outstanding and truly superior care I've received from Novant. I was able to relay information about my medications & situation and to ask questions while feeling heard, seen & understood. She didn't simply nod along & rubber stamp my requests but asked follow up questions, deliberated and then sought the input of my other doctors. Follow ups via messaging were very prompt and she did her absolute best to coordinate getting new prescriptions to me as quickly as possible despite a holiday weekend. Every part of my experience was terrific and greatly appreciated.
