Dr Julia Banks, Is one of the most professional and empathetic nurses I have had in a long time. I don’t feel like a herd of cattle rushed. She is very straight forward in diagnoses and encourages self discipline when it comes to health.

First time at this Doctors office. I saw the PA Julia. She was very professional and thorough.

we had never seen Dr Julia . I was very suprised as she was very personable and knowledgeable. Normally I do not like when we have to see someone other than our normal physician . This lady was wonderful. She listened. She made suggestions all with a smile. I was apprehensive when told we would have a substitute for our regular doctor. After the appointment I was no longer apprehensive and would see her again .

The follow up by the provider and staff was not good. My test results came back and the provider commented “Here is a copy of your results. My staff will be in touch shortly to discuss my recommendations.” I didn’t get any follow up from the staff only a text from the pharmacy that I had a prescription ready. I was never given a confirmation of my diagnosis nor was I instructed what else to do or whether to continue other medications that had been prescribed. I sent a my chart message asking some questions but all I received back was instructions not to go to work until I finished my antibiotics. I would rate the follow up communication with a zero. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Thankful to have Lakeside Family Physicians close by. Very professional and always helpful when I need to see the doctor. Dr. Banks is wonderful. The whole staff is great!

Julia Banks is very thorough and a great listener. I had a list of things to discuss with her and she made sure everything was covered on my list. She educated me to the cholesterol ratio which helped me understand how the good and bad cholesterol numbers work. I was concerned about my cholesterol number but now I am not as she said my ratio is fine at this time. Thank you Julia!
