Dr Banks and nurse Amanda were so attentive and took the time to really listen to me. It was my first appointment here and was the first time I have ever felt truly safe and taken care of by a provider. They actually cared about me and did not treat me as just another number. The receptionists and other staff were also so kind and helpful. They seemed happy to be there and were a joy to speak with. I’m so grateful to have found this place and I will definitely be staying here.

Julia Banks has been wonderful the past year I have seen her. so glad she is sticking around. The other staff I encounter when I visit are always very nice.

Julia is always professional. The medical assistant always is very friendly and nice but Julia goes a step further and explaining everything to you about what’s going on with you any medication’s that you’re gonna start taking she goes that extra step for you and tell you exactly how to take the medication Side effects whatever cause that’s my biggest concern is side effects, I trust her with my treatment. I really like Julia a whole lot.

The PA was VERY nice...this was my annual visit and she only checked my blood pressure ... not blood test or anything else was done...no cholesterol test . although I asked about one. We had a very nice friendly conversation and that was about it. I am 92 years old and perhaps I should not longer have office visits alone. I hate to complain...the Phisician'S Assistant was very nice....in spite of my complains. I will be switching asap. I chose NOVANT because I like the Huntersville hospital which is faster to get to if I have an emergency. Thank you for this oppurtnitiiy.

Dr Julia Banks, Is one of the most professional and empathetic nurses I have had in a long time. I don’t feel like a herd of cattle rushed. She is very straight forward in diagnoses and encourages self discipline when it comes to health.

we had never seen Dr Julia . I was very suprised as she was very personable and knowledgeable. Normally I do not like when we have to see someone other than our normal physician . This lady was wonderful. She listened. She made suggestions all with a smile. I was apprehensive when told we would have a substitute for our regular doctor. After the appointment I was no longer apprehensive and would see her again .
