The doctor discussed with me what should I do for treatment and she take care of me! Thank to her!

Always professional, supportive and friendly

I was very nervous, going to a new dr. After 20++ years. But I was quickly put at ease. The quiet and calm, knowledgeable manner relaxed me. At 78, I felt able to accept a whole new physician

Only issue was understanding her, but she made every effort to make it better for me. And, hey, I don't speak her native language so I can't complain.

She was a good listener and took amny variables into account, explaining her thought process along the way.

Dr. Aye was thorough and took time to understand my medical history and current concerns and issues. She promptly scheduled further tests and followed up with communication in the portal.

Overall, I would describe the visit as functional. I was late, so I can't really complain. This was my 1st visit, so I was looking for my compatability with the doctor. I like more detailed explanations than what I got on a couple of things, but I will be on time for my next visit, and then I can assess. Dr. A was a bit difficult to understand, but I could understand her much better if she would speak a bit slower. That is something I can express to her next visit.I also noticed that at the end of the visit, she didn't ask me if I had any questions, I had to tell her I had a question.I found Dr. A to be pleasant and knowledgable, and I will see how It goes. I don't like to change doctors, so I'm hoping she's a good fit for me.

Remarkable staff! Dr Aye is beyond amazing… compassionate not only for patient but also w caretaker/family of Alzheimer’s patient! Helpful! Thorough! Genuinely committed to her patient’s well being .. a true exception in today’s world! So thankful for she and her wonderful support staff from front desk, nurses, etc!
