He listened to my wife who is my primary care taker. A lot of drs, nurses or office people don't respect spouses or listen to them so we were great full.

This is the first time in all the years I have had this growth in my kidney was it explained to me how big it will be before they remove it and the procedure to remove it. It is much more comforting to me to know this. At the other facility in Florida it was never explained. Thank you for this - make me more at ease.

There is no easy way to face certain diagnoses and a perfect scenario doesn't exist. The provider and support staff did their best to keep me informed and to provide a plan for my best outcome.

I have been blessed to have many fine medical professionals caring for my several needs. I would have very little negative to say above very few of them. However, honestly, from only one short visit, I am inclined to place Dr. Benton and his staff right up there at the top, or tied with the top! Each person on the staff was patient and kind. And, Dr. Benton went above-and-beyond to listen carefully to my years of difficulties, and then to come up with a plan of action -- merely a waste of time to placate me. I have nothing but the best to say about this experience and about Dr. Benton. When my cardiologist wanted to refer me to urology before/rather than nephrology, I judged that this appointment would likely be a waste of time. Yet, Dr. Benton put my mind at ease regarding some longstanding and real issues which a nephrologist may never address. Dr. Benton encouraged me to proceed with the plan to see a nephrologist. Still, he plans to be there for me regarding these other issues. A doctor who cares? Imagine that! Here is one grateful patient!

Great doctor and staff, long wait for an appoint but worth it.

I'm just thankful, they were able to see me the same day I was able to get a referral. I didn't want to go to the ER. That really is a place that is iunpersonal. But the Dr Oliver B. he did a good job for how busy he and the center was. He also made it not as awkward to have to get undressed in front of someone . Very professional and I thank him for that. The staff from the ladies at check-in were amazingly very friendly to the medical assistant to the nurse practitioner also we're very friendly and tried to keep me calm and not so nervous and they ALL were very patient to me and for that I'm extremely grateful for them.
