I wouldn't go anywhere else for my general care. Dr. Ragonesi truly listens to me and offers solutions to my issues.

Been going to dr raginise for years and he has always took care of me. The only problem i have is after all these years I still can’t spell his name.?

Dr. Ragonesi was very kind and caring. He was familiar with my health issues and understood the problem I am having. I was happy with his solution. There was a problem with the pharmacy and when I called the office, the nurse and receptionist were very helpful in addressing it.

First visit with this PCP went well. My questions were answered with appropriate responses. I’m currently having a problem with pain mgmt after back surgery and he was helpful in prescribing a drug that might be beneficial. The surgeon and his NP have not been responsive to my requests for referral to pain clinic.

Dr Ragonesi and his nurse are the best .Dr Ragonesi is so kind he really listens to me and I do believe he really cares about me and my concerns. If all drs were like him Novant would be the best everywhere . Thank you for being there for me, The front desk people smiled and welcomed me Best office Ever!!!!

From the call to make my appointment thru my visit and check-out I couldn't ask for a better visit. Everything was ontime, professional and friendly. I really appreciate the teamwork that goes into making patients feel comfortable at Novant Health.
