Eric was very condescending and seemed almost irritated that I had fallen and broken my wrist.He seemed to think that I should understand exactly what was going on with my injury and wanted to know if I had seen the X-rays.I told him the ER doctor showed them to me but didn't really give me much of an explanation and told me to follow up with the orthopedic doctor, as soon as I could get an appointment. I like a healthcare provider who is to the point and I don't need to be handled with kid gloves but I have never been spoken to or dismissed like I was by Eric.
