Very nice staff and clinicians. Eric explained every step and what to do for follow up.

Eric Chandley is a top PA & should of been a Dr in my opinion??

I was disappointed not to receive a sheet of instructions about what to do if there were complications from the procedure and/or a contact number for after hour questions.

All the staff was focused on my treatment, kept me informed fas the procedure progressed and did all they could to alleviate my anxiety.

Eric was direct and clear, knowledgeable and definitive.

ERIC was one of the most energetic caregivers I have ever seen in my life. He has a excellent beyond belief bedside manner, and confidence in what he does. His explanation of my injury and the mechanism of how it happened and the next steps that need to be done to take care of it was extraordinary, his style of caregiving I have never seen before it was very reassuring. His knowledge and expertise in his field made me feel safe and removed any fears I had about what happened to me. I am so thankful that I saw ERIC it was a pleasure to meet him and I look forward to working with him to get my health back to where it was. Awesome awesome awesome, you need to give him a raise.

Outstanding! Office staff is friendly and professional. X Ray techs were polite and thoughtful. Eric Chandley is very thorough and helpful. The home exercises were explained very well.

Eric was informative and helpful. He thinks I need my hip replaced, but unfortunately I’ll need to lose weight first. He referred me to the hip specialist to talk about surgery, as well as the spine center for an injection consultation I asked about even though he is not confident it will help me.

Thanks for the prompt appointment, organized visit with excellent flow from X-ray to provider to boot fitting, and for the kind and caring staff who included my young daughter in all the discussions about her care, including giving her stickers and a print out of the X-ray. Most importantly; the techs and provider were knowledgeable and explained the injury in terms we could both understand. Both patient and Mom were grateful for your care.

Eric understood my issue and explained in detail what needed to be done to relieve my pain including any additional steps that may be needed if the pain continues to persist. Very professional!
