Eric made me feel comfortable and I sensed a high degree of expertise. He performed the different movement test and knew immediately the diagnosis. Explained the diagnosis, treatment, gave me a handout of at home stretches and strength exercises and told me when the follow up should be scheduled. Also said any problems to contact the staff.
