My care provider was excellent. She was very thorough and very knowledgeable.

I think my provider is 100% theBEST THOUGHTFUL provider she listens and explains never has she attempted to have me feel as though my medical plan of care isn’t based on what her and I have conversed about and that I fully understand as her patient and that it’s great to feeling I deeply acknowledge that I’ve found a provider that I would follow…hopefully that does not ever be the case but, she is a great asset for Novant… I also appreciate the staff here as well at the facility because they go beyond to find numerous accommodations to the patients from the front desk to office administrators. Thanks Northlake Primary Novant!!… Health care that openly show patient care dedication!

The entirety of the staff were warm, knowledgeable, and made sure my visit was as enjoyable as any visit to the doctor could be. I appreciated their expertise and professionalism. I felt seen and understood by the nurses and doctor. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new doctor.
