Everyone was very nice. They always are.

Every single person I encountered at this visit was pleasant! The two front desk staff members were very welcoming as soon as I walked in. They were sure to acknowledge me and others who arrived after me. They were friendly too. They were accommodating with the temperature in the lobby, and apologized in advance if the temperature wasn't suitable! I was made to feel comfortable even as my vitals, weight, etc. was taken by the CMA or nurse. Her conversation was uplifting and made me feel more at ease. Finally, Deborah was a great listener & paid attention to my details carefully, & answered my questions in the beginning before I could ask. Her explanations clarified my thoughts. I feel confident with proceeding with the next step. Looking forward to my follow-up. Thank you All.
