Dr. Canastar is exceptional in every way. She cares deeply for her patients and spends all the time they need. She is always looking for new methods of treatment to help her patients deal with complicated medical issues.

Always great, professional treatment

I am extremely concerned about the ongoing medical issue . Dr. Canastar has listened intently to my complaints and has addressed each complaint so I could understand clearly. She is not a "in and out" Dr . She certainly has proven over the time I have been a patient to care about what I need and think. Again, she has not been a "now you see me-now you don't" whiz in the door , look at the computer, prescription written, smile and out the door. She has taken the time to answer and resolve my concerns as possible.

My first visit at the Gastroenterology Clinic and with this doctor. She was very informative and very helpful in answering all my questions. I felt comfortable and at ease in her care for my upcoming procedures.
