Dr. Lou and her team have always provided me with exceptional care. She patiently listened to my questions and concerns then responded with relevant, thoughtful, and timely recommendations. I think she and her team are incredible care providers and I feel fortunate to have her as my Primary Care Physician.

This visit as an annual physical/wellness visit, so tone was different than health problem visit, but .. This provider has been "flat affect" for years now. She is intelligent and does medically necessary things, in my opinion, but she is not a "caring" provider. .. Visits always leave me feeling "blah", "why did I bother" and "how can I change providers?" .. Again, smart and medically sound, but I try not to come into the clinic - not worth her or my time.

Dr Lou Is very comprehensive and passionate about the work.

I am confident in Dr Lou's knowledge and concern for my health.
