She was absolutely wonderful she explained the situation and gave us options for moving forward.

We were very impressed with the whole experience. We are visiting family and live out of town, I made sure to tell my family if a referral is needed for the same procedure we would absolutely refer our provider.

I bring up my concerns but I have been hearing "Its normal" alot so I don't bring up concerns anymore.
