We were very impressed with the whole experience. We are visiting family and live out of town, I made sure to tell my family if a referral is needed for the same procedure we would absolutely refer our provider.

I bring up my concerns but I have been hearing "Its normal" alot so I don't bring up concerns anymore.

We really appreciated Dr. Ausbecks second opinion on something and she took the time and patience to talk it out with us and listened to all of our concerns. She really helped us out.

Dr Ausbeck and Nurse Tracey were great. Explained everything well and took their time with us. They have been my favorites so far.
