I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Luley. He reviewed mychart and explained everything to me in layman’s terms and he explained to me what I should expect. His staff was very nice and attentive as well.

Dr. Luley and his assistant were very caring and attentive during my annual exam. His office staff even called me before my appointment to let me know that the scheduled ultrasound would not be needed since I had recent imaging. My visit was personalized because Dr. Luley took the time and reviewed my chart before I even came for my appointment.

This was my first experience with Dr. Luley and I cannot say enough good things. He listened and did not discount my concerns. In fact, he told me to schedule a telehealth visit so we could have a more in-depth conversation on ways to address my concerns. This, to me, was above and beyond what I was expecting from a routine exam. I have a family history of Ovarian cancer and Dr. Luley was understanding, respectful, and went out of his way to put my mind at ease. His nurse was the same. When I told her of my family history, she simply said: "I'm sorry." Those two words were full of empathy and kindness. In my 40 years, I'm not sure I have experienced this kind of care from a doctor before.

Honestly one of the best doctor/doctor's office experiences that we have had! The nurses and staff were incredible from the start and even before the appointment!
