Our feet are the tools we use to keep us moving, and I want to make sure those movements are as pain-free as possible. I realized the importance of this even before I started my career in podiatry, back when I worked as an athletic trainer. I saw how complex foot injuries and chronic foot pain affected people's lives, and I wanted to help address those concerns. That led me to medical school.
