Always a pleasure to meet with Dr. Robles, and with his staff. Everyone treats us with respect and attention to our condition.

Nurse was outstanding. Dr. was very thorough and understanding.

There is really nothing more that I can say. The visit with Dr. Robles and staff at the facility was excellent. Dr. Robles and his nurse accommodated me as I had additional concerns during this vist that they was unrelated to the reason for my appointment. I did not have to come back for an additional appointment as I was given needed information and even prelimenary testing. That to me was something I had not experienced before. Kudos to Dr. Robles and his staff.

My experience with Dr. Robles was good as usual. The nurse was personable and attentive. I was shocked by the rude behavior of the check in staff for Dr. Robles office. Rude behavior both times. She didn't make eye contact and questioned me about why I needed to return to see Mr.Patel for a nerve block follow up. This needs to be addressed. I have never been treated so poorly by a Novant staff. Never. I expect more.

I was apprehensive about seeing a new neurologist but Dr Robles gave me a thorough examination and made all the arrangements for my next Botox treatment. I thought I would have to wait sometime for it but he told me time was set aside for Botox treatments at this facility. He made all the arrangements to order the Botox and also to set up the appointment. I am most appreciative of the care I received.

Dr Robles listen to to me and answered all my questions.

This appointment was a waste of time and money. I had to repeat information on all past visits, I didn’t feel like he was listening to anything I was saying or cared about anything but increasing medication based on what I wanted.. not what he professionally recommended. I was rushed out, after he was behind with my appointment, and he said he was very far behind schedule. No help and won’t advise anyone to go there

Dr. Robles is very forthcoming with information about my health. He is very knowledgeable. The nurse was very nice and she listened to me. The check in receptionist was nice and helpful, even though my attitude wasn’t good. The check out receptionist was extremely nice. We had a good conversation. I felt good afterwards.

I received outstanding customer service from start to finish. I was elated with the professionalism & care provided by the receptionist, two medical technicians, Dr. Robles and @ checkout. It was a great experience.

I arrived early and checked in. I waited and waited and after 20 minutes past my appointment time, I asked the nurse if they were backed up. She sent an email. I was told the two tests would take about 40 minutes. I felt like I was rushed through the appointment.

Dr. Robles is? truly remarkable. I trust him completely. He asks great questions and listens closely to the answers. And thank you. Shay! She warm, personably and professional.

Dr Robles conduct a careful and well organized appointment. He listens, and explains carefulwhat he's doing.

The doctor was exceptional he was so knowledgeable I had been sent to so many different doctors and clinics over the past year and in 5 minutes he had a diagnosis and even though he knew what was wrong he gave me a complete exam to make sure. Amazing care!!!!!!!!
